Richard Dogbe declares bid for NDC Greater Accra Deputy Youth Organiser

Richard Dogbe, a prominent businessman and National Democratic Congress (NDC) member, has announced his intention to run for the position of Deputy Greater Accra Regional Youth Organiser of the party. Dogbe, also known as Alhaji ATM, stated that his decision is motivated by his experience, ability, and determination to lead the youth wing of the party in the region.

In a statement unveiling his candidacy, Dogbe emphasized that the time for capability has arrived and the time for courage has arrived. He informed NDC delegates and supporters that he is not unfamiliar with the party's political endeavours, having previously worked at the branch level and contributed to the party's activities as a communicator and financier.

As the Chief Executive Officer of ATM Group, Dogbe highlighted that his experience in business has taught him that attaining objectives necessitates more than just ambition and ideas. He argued that his campaign is grounded in the belief that young people must be regarded not only as the future of the party but also as an integral part of its current leadership and actions.

Dogbe pointed out that many individuals are motivated by ambition and empty words but lack the capacity to mobilize people or resources and the courage to follow through on their promises. However, he brought with him a business network, connections to government, and the ability to mobilize resources, all of which he gained through hard work and not through empty rhetoric.

Dogbe asserted that the regional youth wing requires leaders who can utilize their networks and connections to generate opportunities and empower young individuals. He urged delegates to support his candidacy for the position, presenting his campaign under the slogan: "Capacity to Lead, Courage to Deliver."
