Sales activity declined from the previous week, with a 32.2% year-on-year decrease and a 52.8% week-on-week decline, while the number of transactions increased by 1.7%. Doha led sales with QR115.3 million, accounting for 32.5% of the total. Villas accounted for the largest portion of sales value at QR150.1 million, making up 42.3% of the total sales.

Mortgage transactions reached QR115.17 million across 13 transactions, with a 75.1% year-on-year decline and a 27.4% week-on-week increase. Villas represented the largest share of mortgage value at QR45.5 million or 37.9%. Doha was the dominant municipality for mortgage value with QR67.6 million, or 56.3% of the total.

The rental market recorded 538 transactions worth QR5.47 million, with a 57.8% year-on-year decrease and a 68.5% week-on-week decline. Apartments accounted for the largest share of rental value at QR2.36 million, or 43.2% of the total.
