India pacer Mukesh Kumar joins Nottinghamshire for two County matches

India fast bowler Mukesh Kumar has committed to Nottinghamshire to take part in the concluding two matches of the 2026 English County Championship season. The talented cricketer has amassed 26 international appearances across all formats, including three Test matches, wherein he has claimed 32 wickets. In a press release from the club, Mukesh expressed his enthusiasm about the move, stating his readiness to face the challenges of county cricket in England and contribute to the team's success.

He added, "I am excited to play for a new team in new conditions and give everything while I am part of Nottinghamshire."

This move marks Mukesh's first career stint representing a domestic side outside Bengal.
