Christian Ramírez scored a goal in each half, clinching a 2-1 victory for Austin FC against the Vancouver Whitecaps on Sunday. The Mexican forward put Austin ahead in the 28th minute with a right-footed shot into the bottom corner. Brian White equalized for Vancouver in the 49th minute, his 15th MLS goal of the season. Ramírez sealed the win in the 60th minute with a powerful blast into the top corner.

Despite Austin's two on-target shots, Vancouver registered six during the match.
