Apple releases long-awaited new version of Siri with greater cross-app functionality

Users can invoke Siri while the chat thread is open in the Siri app on their Apple Watch, either by holding the Digital Crown or by saying "Siri/Hey Siri." This method appends the user's input to the ongoing chat thread.

While this workaround allows users to continue their conversation with Siri, it is not the most intuitive way to do so.
