Andhra Guv, CM extend Ganesh Chaturthi greetings

Andhra Pradesh's Governor S Abdul Nazeer, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, and YSRCP leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy extended Ganesh Chaturthi greetings to the people of the state on Monday. Nazeer conveyed warm greetings, wishing Lord Vigneswara to shower blessings for peace, prosperity, and harmony. He emphasized that Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated with fervor, devotion, and gaiety, involving all family members.

Naidu echoed similar sentiments, stating that Ganesh Chaturthi is a grand social festival bringing people together regardless of their background. He wished that happiness and prosperity flourish with Lord Vigneshwara's blessings, and urged maintaining cultural traditions while protecting the environment. Jagan also extended heartfelt greetings, praying for Lord Vigneshwara and Siddhivinayaka's blessings of removing obstacles and bestowing success.

Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated over several days, with devotees installing Lord Ganesh idols at homes and public pandals, offering prayers, and engaging in cultural programs. The festivities culminate in the immersion of idols in water bodies on Anant Chaturdashi, seeking Lord Ganesh's blessings for prosperity and obstacle-free lives.
