Ajman Crown Prince launches rental regulation digital services

Ajman Crown Prince Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi inaugurated a suite of digital services provided by the Ajman Municipality & Planning Department, aimed at streamlining rental regulation processes. This announcement came during the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, held from September 14 to 16. Sheikh Ammar praised the department's utilization of advanced technologies and artificial intelligence to enhance government services, simplify procedures, and improve customer experience, bolstering the competitiveness of Ajman's real estate market.

Yousuf Mohammed Al Shaiba, Executive Director of the Rental Regulation Sector at the Ajman Municipality & Planning Department, delivered a detailed presentation on the key digital services. These services offer a comprehensive solution to rental regulation, accelerating access to information and services, thus aligning with customer and investor needs.

The package comprises Tibyan, the Smart Legal Assistant, available in both public and internal versions, which swiftly provides answers to inquiries about rental disputes, procedures, and services, thereby boosting operational efficiency and customer experience.

Other services include the New Workers' Accommodation Contract Attestation Request and the New Employee Accommodation Contract Attestation Request services. These enable the electronic creation of contracts, systematic documentation of accommodation data, and an integrated digital pathway for completing related procedures. Additionally, the Workers' Accommodation Property Registration Request service facilitates the registration of properties and units allocated for workers, creating an organized database that facilitates monitoring and related processes.

Digital Document Authentication allows for the issuance of an electronic stamp for approved contracts, ensuring the electronic verification of a contract's approval and validity, and enhancing document reliability.

These digital services are a part of Ajman Municipality & Planning Department's strategy to build a smarter, more efficient government services ecosystem, leveraging digital technologies and artificial intelligence to enhance service development and customer experience.
