Steph Curry opens China tour with stop in Beijing

Steph Curry, the Golden State Warriors point guard, has commenced his overseas journey by visiting Beijing, China. This trip is part of his new collaboration with the athletic and apparel brand Li Ning, marking the beginning of his 2026 Curry China Tour. The tour, themed "Wide Open", is scheduled to run from September 9 to September 14.

Curry's visit to China is not his first. He has previously visited the country in 2015 with Under Armour. However, this is his debut representing Li-Ning. After parting ways with Under Armour following a near-13-year tenure, Curry inked a new partnership with Li Ning in early June.

During his time in Beijing, Curry had the opportunity to tour the Li-Ning offices. This was confirmed by a series of posts on social media platforms, including those of the Golden State Warriors and Li Ning's official Instagram account. On his last day in Beijing, Curry was given a comprehensive tour of the Li-Ning Headquarters.

Following his time in Beijing, Curry is set to continue his tour in Dongguan, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong before returning to the United States on September 14.
