Mumbai’s ‘serial cat killer’ arrested , confesses to killing over 6
Police arrested a homeless man named Shiva for killing several cats. He confessed to killing more than six cats in the Panjrapol area. CCTV footage helped police identify and apprehend the accused individual. Local cat feeders reported at least twenty cats killed since mid-August. Further investigation will determine the motive and Shiva's mental state.
