Marc Benioff and wife donate 440 Hawaii acres for affordable housing
Since 2000, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff and his wife, Lynne, have bought more than 600 acres in Hawaii worth nearly $100 million. They later donated 440 acres to support affordable housing on the Big Island. The Ouli Project will begin with 43 self-help homes for low- to moderate-income residents, along with parks and community spaces.
