KLE Law College wins Al Ameen national moot court competition

The fourth Al Ameen national moot court competition, held at Al Ameen Law College in Shoranur, came to a close on Saturday with KLE Law College from Bengaluru emerging as the champion. The event, which spanned four days, witnessed law students engage in rigorous debates on intricate issues pertaining to constitutional and digital law.

KLE Law College clinched the victory by securing a cash prize of ₹50,000, while SASTRA Deemed University's Law School in Thanjavur secured the runner-up position and received a prize of ₹30,000. The competition drew participants from law colleges throughout the nation. Notable legal professionals and academics attended the valedictory function on Saturday, including Kerala High Court judge Jayakumar K.V., who delivered the keynote address.

Prominent attendees comprised K.J. Krishnadas, N. Sriraj, Balasubramanian, and P. Lawwellman. Faculty member Saritha S. Menon warmly welcomed the audience, and Sunitha P.N., Vice-Principal of Al Ameen Law College, presided over the event. Student coordinators Razin Zaheer and Natasha Jaffar concluded proceedings with a vote of thanks.
