Crash and burn: Pakistan cricket hits new low after England Test whitewash

Pakistan cricket experienced a new low after the Test series whitewash by England. The three-match series ended with a loss of 3-0, leading to a cycle of changes within the team. The team's white-ball cricket results have also been disappointing, as they were eliminated in the first round of the ODI Champions Trophy last year.

Former Pakistan captain Wasim Akram and former star Shahid Afridi both described the current situation as bleak, attributing it to a lack of consistent planning and strong leadership. Fans are growing increasingly disinterested, with some indicating that their sons have lost interest in the sport due to the team's poor performance.
