Brics declaration: India’s readout skips mention of Xi’s ‘partners, not rivals’ statement

In a meeting at the sidelines of the BRICS summit, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi discussed the state of bilateral relations.
