BOSA leader Maimane calls for improved municipal service delivery

Dr Mmusi Maimane, the leader of Build One South Africa (BOSA), has called for enhanced municipal service delivery in South Africa. In an address to party supporters in Botlokwa, outside Polokwane, Maimane emphasized the need for well-run municipalities capable of providing essential services like water and sanitation. He announced that BOSA will field candidates in 24 municipalities across five provinces during the local government elections.

During his speech, Maimane pointed out that the current responsible parties are making false promises, claiming they can improve services over the next five years when they have failed in the past thirty years. He stressed that municipalities require competent leadership and vowed to bring in individuals of high caliber who would not engage in corrupt practices to fund wasteful projects.
