Ukraine: "Russian Blitzkrieg" - Ukraine Prepares for Russian Autumn Offensive
Russia is bombing Ukrainian cities and planning a new offensive on the front line. Leading Ukrainian generals are confident of being able to stop the enemy.
Ukraine's Prime Minister Serhij Koretskyj has warned of a potential Russian "Blitzkrieg" this winter, stating that Russia is targeting the country's entire economy, not just military targets. Koretskyj described the attacks as "pure terror", with the logistics, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, and agricultural sectors being severely affected.
The warning comes as Russia has intensified its bombardment of Ukrainian cities, including the capital Kyiv, which has been under constant attack for weeks. Ukrainian military leaders, including General Andrij Biletsky, expect a new Russian offensive in the east of the country, with the goal of capturing the entire Donbass region by April.
