Skye Metal Coating LLC has increased its powder coating operations in Dubai to meet rising demand for large-scale architectural and industrial projects in the UAE. The company has expanded dedicated pre-treatment and production resources at its facility in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2. A key element of the expansion is an industrial powder coating oven measuring approximately 8 meters long, 3 meters wide, and 3 meters high, allowing the company to process sizable fabricated components and long architectural sections.

Skye Metal Coating recently completed a time-sensitive project involving approximately 3,000 aluminium profiles requiring a specified black textured finish. All 3,000 profiles were delivered within three days, demonstrating the company's ability to handle long components and substantial quantities while coordinating collection and delivery.

Skye's expansion aims to provide a coating partner capable of accommodating large components, processing substantial quantities within demanding construction and fabrication schedules, and working with different colours, textures, and powder specifications as per customer and project requirements. The company offers services such as aluminium anodizing, electroplating, electroless nickel plating, passivation, and other specialised metal-finishing processes, complementing its broader capabilities.
