No political roles for nephews in BSP: Mayawati

Lucknow - In a final decision, Bahujan Samaj Party leader Mayawati has ruled out any political roles for her brother Anand Kumar's sons, Akash Anand and Ishan Anand, within the party. This announcement comes after Mayawati recently removed Akash Anand from his key positions in the party, highlighting the issues within leadership ahead of the upcoming Uttar Pradesh elections.

Mayawati suggested that Anand Kumar, if needed, can seek help from his only daughter, Kumari Deepika Anand, who is currently studying law. She emphasized her commitment to the interests and welfare of the Bahujan Samaj family, and her decision is in line with the principles upheld by Kanshi Ram ji, her mentor. Mayawati reiterated her stance against nepotism and vowed that only those concerned will be given chances in the party, with no support from any family member.

She also cautioned against the spread of anti-BSP propaganda and urged party members to remain vigilant.
