Monover Local Produce Fair brings food, wine and crafts to Xinorlet

Monovar’s Local Produce Fair will make its way to the village of Xinorlet for its fourth edition on Sunday, September 20. Visitors can expect a day filled with local food, wine, crafts, and music. The event will run from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM, offering eight hours for attendees to explore various stalls and enjoy offerings from Monover wineries, food producers, craftspeople, and organizations.

Six Monover wineries, including Bodegas Ortigosa, Bodegas Monover, and Entretierras, will participate in the winery tasting portion of the event. Other participating organizations and producers include Queseria Los Molinos, Ecoespigas, and the Alicante Wine Route.

This year marks the first time the Local Produce Fair has been held in Xinorlet, following previous editions that showcased local wineries, producers, and artisans. The event will also feature the Valencian Community Cultivated Biodiversity Fair, which focuses on sustainable agriculture, traditional crop varieties, and preserving local agricultural heritage.

In addition to the produce and wine tastings, visitors can enjoy live music, workshops, children's activities, and guided tours organized by Tourist Info Monover. These tours aim to help visitors discover more about Xinorlet and its rural surroundings. La Paca will also set up a vintage market featuring various crafts and items.
