It all comes down to the Banjo Bowl

Kenneth Womack, a football player making his CFL debut, is excited to experience his first professional match. Womack, a receiver for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, will face the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the Banjo Bowl. As a Division 1 football player at Sacred Heart University, Womack also played basketball as a walk-on, making 20 appearances and impacting the game as a point guard.

Although he didn't play two sports at the professional level like Deion Sanders or Bo Jackson, Womack remains proud of his accomplishments in both basketball and football. The five-foot-10, 200-pound receiver, who caught 115 passes for 1,236 yards and two touchdowns in his final two NCAA seasons at Western Michigan University, is eager to prove himself in the CFL.

Womack's versatility extends to special teams, where he can contribute due to his background in defensive back. Bombers head coach Mike O’Shea praised Womack's dedication and organized approach, while teammate Zach Collaros commended Womack's willingness to learn and improve.
