After Bandar Tasik Selatan PPR gets RM350,000 makeover, MP asks residents to ‘take good care’ for sake of kids and grandkids

The Bandar Tasik Selatan PPR has received a RM350,000 upgrade under the 2026 Projek Mesra Rakyat initiative, according to Bandar Tun Razak MP Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail. The funds will be used for road improvements, as well as repairing the lifts in the apartments. Dr Wan Azizah emphasized the importance of residents taking good care of the upgraded facilities for the sake of their children and grandchildren.

At the same event, the wife of the Prime Minister launched a RM72,000 Flexi EV charging station at the apartment complex, which was implemented in collaboration with the apartment's management corporation, Leading Innovative Technologies & Systems Sdn Bhd, and Pro Parking Sdn Bhd. Dr Wan Azizah highlighted the success of collaboration among the community, management bodies, and the private sector in providing better facilities for residents.

She also called on residents to make full use of the available facilities and services while addressing community issues together. Dr Wan Azizah presented Ember AI tuition sponsorships to 10 Form Five students preparing for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia examination this year. The Special Kenduri Rakyat Madani satellite programme aims to strengthen ties between leaders, government agencies, and the local community, bringing government information and services closer to residents.

Over 1,000 local residents attended the event, which featured Jualan Rahmah, Jualan Agro Madani, health check-ups, mammogram services, and anaemia screenings.
