26 tahun lumpuh, Marziawati enggan biar kerusi roda bataskan hidup

Marziawati Mahfal, a 47-year-old single mother of two, has remained paralyzed for 26 years but refuses to let her disability limit her life. After being struck by a powerful motorcycle while searching for work 26 years ago, Marziawati suffered a spinal injury that left her unable to walk. Despite relying on her family for basic necessities, she became determined to regain her independence after her father's death.

With over 300,000 followers on TikTok, Marziawati shares her daily routines and family management, including cooking and household chores. Her children are her biggest source of motivation, and she is grateful for their support in raising them independently. Marziawati's eldest child is currently pursuing education in Selangor, while her second child will receive their Malaysian Certificate of Education at the end of the year.

Marziawati's independence is further exemplified by her ability to drive a modified car using only her hands. She also manages to lift the wheelchair weighing around 12kg and place it in the car without assistance. The wheelchair allows her to move around freely, and she remains determined to continue living life on her own terms.
