UAE President meets German business leaders during state visit

UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with German business leaders and executives during his state visit to Germany. During the meetings, Sheikh Mohamed was informed about the companies' business activities, industries, latest products, and innovations. The discussions focused on expanding economic, investment, and trade ties between the UAE and Germany, highlighting the crucial role of both countries' business communities in strengthening these relationships.

Sheikh Mohamed emphasized the UAE's commitment to attracting investment and providing a supportive environment through advanced infrastructure and an enabling legislative framework. He also pointed out the UAE's strategic geographic location, which has made it a significant trade hub in the Middle East and globally. The agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) signed during the visit aim to provide more opportunities for companies and business leaders from both nations to invest and expand their activities, further boosting bilateral economic ties.

German business leaders expressed their satisfaction at meeting Sheikh Mohamed and confirmed their interest in investing in the UAE and expanding cooperation with their counterparts there. The delegation accompanying Sheikh Mohamed included several sheikhs, ministers, and officials. The visit also saw the signing of 30 UAE-Germany deals, the launch of a Strategic Dialogue, and the establishment of the UAE-German Investment Council in Berlin.
