Rocket Report: Europe joins the commercial launch club; a Ravn X sighting?

Welcome to Edition 9.10 of the Rocket Report! This week marks a historic milestone for Europe, as a German rocket company, Isar Aerospace, successfully put its launch vehicle into orbit. Isar Aerospace has become the first purely commercial European company to achieve this feat, accomplishing it on its second launch attempt. The rapid scaling of operations and the potential for the second European launch firm to follow suit remain big questions for now.
