Rizwan, Imam questioned by Pakistan cybercrime agency amid England tour fallout

Debutant fast bowler Razaullah put on a remarkable display to deny England a quick victory in the third Test against Pakistan at Edgbaston. With Pakistan on the brink of defeat, Razaullah smashed nine sixes off the bowling of Dan Lawrence in an astonishing innings of 81 off just 63 balls. Joining him was fellow paceman Mohammad Abbas, who added to the score, pushing Pakistan from 318-8 to 439-9.

England struggled to stop the carnage late in the day, with the home side needing 130 to secure a 3-0 series win. Earlier, Shan Masood scored 95 and captain Babar Azam 76 as Pakistan passed 200 for the first time in the series. Pakistan, facing a daunting first-innings deficit of 320, lost two wickets without scoring on Thursday but managed to get past 125 in the morning session.

Babar Azam, who missed the first Test due to an injured hand, put on a fluent partnership with Shan, but both were caught out - Babar by Dan Lawrence and Shan by Gus Atkinson. Saud Shakeel, Ghazi Ghori and Mohammad Imran also fell to Cox catches. However, the match took a dramatic turn when Abbas and Razaullah joined forces in the evening, with the duo bringing up their fifty partnership off just 57 balls.

Abbas smashed Ollie Robinson for six and Razaullah, after reaching 50 off 43 balls, blasted Archer for the final four sixes, including a fifth six off Archer. Abbas was eventually caught by Atkinson, but Razaullah continued to dominate, eventually being stumped by Cox off the next ball for 81. In total, he scored four fours and nine sixes while taking four wickets in England's first innings.

England had previously dominated the series, winning the first game by an innings and 103 runs and the second by 194 runs. Pakistan made four changes to their side after releasing seven players and sacking head coach Sarfaraz Ahmed and assistant Umar Gul following their defeat in the second Test.
