Rentenreform: Bas verspricht Übergangslösung für „Rente mit 63“

The Retirement Commission had proposed the elimination of the block model, which divides the remaining employment period into two equal phases. In the first phase, the employee continues working full-time, while in the second phase, they are completely freed from work. However, economic associations advocate for retaining this model as it does not provide an incentive for early retirement, but rather serves as a crucial tool for a socially acceptable transformation.
