Parents ‘assault’ teacher after allegations of misconduct by class IX student

Parents and relatives of a Class IX student allegedly assaulted their teacher, Ramachandra Naik, at ZP High School in Kalyandurg on Friday, according to reports. The incident occurred after the girl complained to her parents about alleged misconduct by the teacher. Naik, who teaches Telugu, was confronted by the girl's family at the school before the police arrived.

The parents and relatives reportedly physically assaulted the teacher before the police took Naik to the local police station. A case was registered based on the complaint from the girl's parents, and the allegations against the teacher are currently under investigation. Police stated that the circumstances leading to the assault would also be examined.
