Kaduna gov appoints three commissioners

Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has appointed three new commissioners to bolster his administration's development plans. According to a statement by the Chief Press Secretary, Ben Kure, from the Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC), has been named Commissioner for Sports Development. Amina Akilu Dalhat and Abdullahi Garba Abbas were appointed Commissioners for Special Duties I and II, respectively.

Dr. Haliru Soba, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, was designated Deputy Chief of Staff, Administration. The governor also appointed key board chairmen and members to improve service delivery and institute reforms, including Alhaji Munir Jafaru as Chairman of the Kaduna State Health Care Board and retired AVM Bashir Saidu as Chairman of the Kaduna Vigilance Service Board.

Other appointees include Esther Bago, Chairman of the Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development, and Dr. Yusuf Bature, Chairman of the Kaduna Hospital Supply Management Agency. Governor Sani encouraged the new commissioners to bring fresh perspectives and align their duties with his vision for a transformed and resilient Kaduna State.
