JoyNews-Republic Bank Habitat Fair opens today at Marina Mall

The second JoyNews-Republic Bank Habitat Fair commenced today at Marina Mall in Accra, Ghana. This three-day event, spanning from September 11 to 13, saw the gathering of prominent representatives from banking, real estate, construction, home improvement, security, renewable energy, and technology sectors.

Designed to bridge the gap between prospective homeowners, builders, and property owners with service providers, the Habitat Fair aims to assist individuals in their homeownership journeys. The fair provides a platform for attendees to explore a diverse range of offerings, from mortgage financing and property development to building materials, interior décor, security systems, electric mobility, and alternative power solutions.

Republic Bank Ghana, a key participant in the fair, is showcasing mortgage solutions tailored to various financial circumstances, such as salaried workers, self-employed professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners. Visitors have the opportunity to engage with the bank's representatives to gain insights into financing their homeownership plans.

Several exhibitors, including Drive EV GH, Virtual Security Africa, Akwaaba Building Materials, Lesh Fortune Limited, DoorMaster, Ayuda App, and Western Vilas, showcased a variety of products and services to cater to different aspects of homeownership. Drive EV GH introduced electric mobility and its associated cost-saving potential.

Virtual Security Africa demonstrated electronic security solutions such as CCTV surveillance and fire alarms. Akwaaba Building Materials showcased construction and finishing products. Lesh Fortune Limited offered interior design and furnishing solutions. DoorMaster presented luxury and security doors. Ayuda App connected users with service providers for home repairs and maintenance.

Western Vilas showcased gated-community developments. Ctechi Ghana demonstrated energy-storage and backup-power solutions. Velo West Africa exhibited locally manufactured construction materials. Saint-Gobain Weber Ghana showcased waterproofing and damp-proofing solutions.
