Bambalapitiya Railway Station, a bustling hub in the Colombo District, underwent a significant renovation as part of the "Dream Destination" project. The station, jointly implemented by the Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development and the Sri Lanka Railways Department, was officially opened to the public on September 10.
