2,977 drones light up New York Harbor, recreate Twin Towers ahead of 9/11 anniversary

On the night before the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, New York Harbour transformed into a luminous remembrance. Two thousand nine hundred seventy-seven individual drones took to the night sky, each one casting a light to honor a victim of that tragic day. The drones began as scattered points of light, gradually forming the iconic silhouette of the World Trade Center's Twin Towers.
