Ukraine-Krieg: Tote nach russischem Drohnenangriff auf Pawlohrad

In the southeastern Ukrainian city of Pavlohrad, at least four people lost their lives and over 60 were injured in a Russian drone attack, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on social media platform X. The victims were reportedly near shopping centers at the time of the attack. The regional prosecutor's office reported that several shops and cars were also damaged.

The prosecutor's office is investigating the incident as a possible war crime. Pavlohrad is located approximately 80 kilometers from the front line. Russian attacks that hit residential buildings also injured dozens of people in Kramatorsk, according to Zelensky. Other cities and communities, including Kyiv, Dnipro, and regions of Dnipro, Donbas, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Cherkasy, have also been targeted.

Zelensky emphasized that they are working intensively with partners to protect Ukrainians from Russian terror, with decisions being made on further aid packages, including weapons support and measures to protect Ukrainian airspace. Additional aid packages are being prepared. Ukraine has been defending itself against a Russian invasion since February 2022.
