Ukraine Hits Russian Oil, Port Infrastructure in Strikes Stretching From Arctic to Caspian
President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukrainian forces struck eight Russian infrastructure sites supporting Moscow’s war in a single day. The attacks stretched from an oil refinery in the Arctic Yamalo-Nenets region to the Makhachkala port on the Caspian Sea, which Ukraine says Russia used to import Iranian Shahed drones.
