Shafali Varma showcased her brilliance with a match-winning 64 runs off 40 balls, featuring seven fours and three sixes to anchor India’s innings. Despite getting dropped thrice, Shafali’s attacking play helped India set a competitive total of 149/6.

Captain Harmanpreet Kaur contributed 24 runs off just 28 balls, including two sixes, while Richa Ghosh added 21 off 16 deliveries. The match saw Deepti Sharma dominate with a blistering 13 runs off just six balls, helping India defend the target with ease. Her match-winning performance restricted Bangladesh to 109/7 in their chase.

The Tigresses' batting lineup struggled to maintain momentum and fell short by 40 runs. The Seniors' innings ended with Nandani Sharma dismissing Rabeya Khan, with the latter attempting a slog shot that resulted in her being run out.
