Ministry of Social Development and Family unveils guidelines for productive families

Doha, Qatar - The Ministry of Social Development and Family (MSDF) in Qatar has published comprehensive guidelines aimed at supporting productive families and enterprises. These guidelines serve as a detailed reference for families and owners of productive businesses, encompassing registration procedures, available services, and outlining rights and obligations.

The guide is a product of the MSDF's commitment to enhancing the economic and social empowerment of families and fostering the sustainability of national productive enterprises. It lays out the registration process via the "From the Homeland" National Productive Projects System, which is crucial for accessing services and obtaining a reference number within the national database.

Through this framework, productive families gain access to training, professional development programs, marketing opportunities, participation in exhibitions and sales outlets, and eligibility to compete for the Productive Families Incentive Award.

Buthaina Al Obaidly, Director of the Family Empowerment Department, highlighted that the guide aims to create a cohesive and transparent system for the services provided to productive families. It simplifies their access to programs and opportunities, fostering the development of their ventures and strengthening their sustainability.

Al Obaidly emphasized that the guide provides a clear, step-by-step overview of all phases in the journey of family enterprises, simplifying the registration, professional development, marketing, and expansion processes. This streamlined approach helps families concentrate on advancing their products and improving their competitive edge.
