Kevin Reddington files motion to toss mistrial, acquit Lindsay Clancy

After the mistrial of Lindsay Clancy, accused of murdering her three children, the jury shared their thoughts on the proceedings. Most jurors felt there was too much "reasonable doubt" to convict Clancy, with one juror stating, "There was not a single moment throughout the presentation of that case where you could say Yup, 100% I'm certain she did it.

However, one holdout juror prevented a verdict, despite admitting reasonable doubt, and still refused to vote for an insanity defense. This juror's refusal led to a 11-1 deadlock, with the jury unable to reach a decision. The entire jury room was filled with arguments, tears, and frustration during deliberations. Jurors cried, hugged, and struggled with the weight of the case, sometimes arguing loudly enough to be heard outside the jury room.
