Howden apuesta por crecer en seguros para fusiones y adquisiciones con seis fichajes

Howden has made six external hires to bolster its team specializing in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) insurance. Led by Beatriz Martínez Torres, who was appointed in May and has been with Howden since 2019, the team now includes Luis Cabanas, who brings four years of experience from Marsh as a senior associate for W&I. Juan Álvarez-Riestra joins with four years of W&I experience at Marsh, previously practicing as a specialist in M&A law.

Elena Rodríguez Salgado's eight years of sector experience are complemented by three recent roles as M&A brokers at Asterra. The team also includes Javier Pérez Torras, who was an M&A lawyer at Uría Menéndez, and Inés Guzmán López, with expertise from Morningstar and DLA Piper's M&A team. Pablo Ros Villalón rounds out the group, having worked at investment bank Norgestión. Completing the roster is Juan Ortega López, with over four years of W&I experience at Howden.
