HIA offers complimentary wellness sessions for travellers at The Orchard

Hamad International Airport (HIA) has introduced a complimentary wellness program at The Orchard, an indoor tropical garden located on Concourse C. The Vitality and Wellness Studio, set to run from September 6 to October 25 for travelers aged 18 and above, offers 20-minute guided sessions that aim to alleviate travel fatigue and muscle tension.

Led by professional instructors, the program includes light stretching, breathing exercises, and red-light therapy mats designed to create a soothing environment. Set within a 6,000-square-meter garden filled with over 300 trees and 35,000 plants, The Orchard provides a serene sanctuary. The studio's unique blend of nature, art, and luxury retail, complemented by amenities such as bronze sculptures and high-end shops, has made it a notable destination since its opening in 2022.

The Orchard also houses the Qatar Airways Al Mourjan Business Class Lounge, The Garden, Dior Spa, and Louis Vuitton Lou.
