HBL celebrates 50 years in Bangladesh

HBL, the bank, is marking its 50th anniversary in Bangladesh, a testament to its enduring partnership and shared growth. Established in 1976, HBL has been instrumental in facilitating trade, investment and financial connectivity across various markets, including the critical China–Middle East–South Asia trade corridor. To celebrate this milestone, a ceremony was held in Dhaka, where distinguished guests, including HBL's Chairman Sultan Ali Allana and President & CEO Muhammad Nassir Salim, gathered with clients, regulators, and senior executives.

In a significant development, HBL Bangladesh has recently introduced account services in RMB/CNY, bolstering its capability to support cross-border trade and financial flows.
