Observers noticed that a game called Build The Wall had disappeared from the Arcade.gov page, which features political-themed knock-offs of classic video games. This move came just days after The Tetris Company issued a statement emphasizing their stance against copyright infringement.

The company denied any involvement in creating the xenophobic knock-off. While it remains unclear whether other creators can replicate this strategy, Flappy Bill, a knock-off of Flappy Bird, is the only one with a known creator whose involvement is visible on the internet. However, Flappy Bill is less annoying compared to other knock-offs, such as Rio Run, which features an immigration enforcement official resembling a geriatric goose.

Despite the absence of specific creators to hold accountable, Arcade.gov continues to promise visitors, "A new adventure awaits," hinting at further attempts to create cheap knockoffs without the fear of legal consequences.
