Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C announces Elegancia Arabia Trading secures SAR 829 Million contract for Qiddiya’s Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Stadium, set to host FIFA World Cup 2034

Elegancia Arabia Trading, a subsidiary of Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C., has been chosen for a significant contract worth SAR 829 million. This contract pertains to the Mechanical Package for the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Stadium, a key component of Saudi Arabia's ambitious infrastructure development. The stadium, set to be built in Qiddiya City, a city located approximately 40 minutes from Riyadh, is designed to host the FIFA World Cup 2034.

Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Stadium is a multi-purpose sports and entertainment venue perched atop a 200-meter high cliff. With a seating capacity of around 47,000 for football matches and an overall event capacity exceeding 60,900, the stadium is expected to attract around 7.6 million visitors annually. The venue is slated to host over 60 football matches each year, alongside major entertainment and cultural events.

The new stadium will also feature retail, dining, and entertainment spaces spread across more than 50,000 square meters. Advanced energy-efficient systems will be provided by Elegancia Electromechanical Services, a division of Elegancia Arabia Trading, reflecting Saudi Arabia's commitment to sustainable mega-projects. The Mechanical Package will be executed by Elegancia Electromechanical Services, marking one of the largest projects undertaken by the company in Saudi Arabia.

The contract, awarded to Elegancia Electromechanical Services, involves their expertise in delivering complex mechanical systems for large-scale venues. The project is planned to run from September 2026 to May 2030, with over 3,000 Elegancia employees expected to be involved throughout the execution phase. Estithmar Holding's CEO, Mr. Basel Shaddad, and Elegancia C&I's Group CEO, Mr. Eyad Elkhorebi, expressed their pride and satisfaction with this achievement, highlighting their commitment to large-scale and technically complex developments in Saudi Arabia's growing infrastructure sector.
