Enemy Focuses On Youth In Mobilization In Temporarily Occupied Territories — Prokudin

The Russians are utilizing schools in Ukraine's temporarily occupied territories as a means to militarize and ideologically indoctrinate children, according to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration. Prokudin shared these details in an interview with Ukrinform. In occupied areas, educational institutions are monitored continuously by Rosgvardia, phones are prohibited, and parents face severe consequences for preventing their children from attending "patriotic education" classes.

Organizations like Dvizhenie Pervykh and Yunarmiya compel teenagers to engage in propaganda activities, basic military training, and prepare them for potential use as cannon fodder. Prokudin stressed that Russia has been systematically conducting mobilization on the temporarily occupied left bank of Kherson region for an extended period.

Night raids, door-to-door checks, and street blockades are common tactics used by the Russians to summon men of mobilization age. At checkpoints leading to Crimea, men of the appropriate age are turned away without explanation. However, the enemy's most deplorable focus lies within the youth. Prokudin cited the case of 19-year-old Oleksandr Mustiatse from Krynky, whose village was completely destroyed by Russian forces.

Despite being designated as a missing child in official records, Mustiatse ended up serving in the Russian army. When contacted by volunteers, he expressed a deep attachment to Russia. Prokudin condemned this as a direct crime committed by the aggressor state, emphasizing that Russian propaganda had completely eroded the young man's sense of self, robbing him of his childhood and sending him to his death for Kremlin's ambitions.

Prokudin also addressed the parents of children still residing in the temporarily occupied territories, urging them to leave, as neither they nor their children have a future in these conditions.
