Business owners say Regina's tent encampment is hurting neighbourhood
The encampment in Pepsi Park has been steadily growing this summer, now reaching 70 tents and some 150 people. The city has moved to an outreach approach, rather than dismantling it. While some advocates call for more supports like showers and electricity, business owners say it's costing them.
