BioLineRx, Hemispherian to present GLIX1 data at EANO meeting

Tel Aviv and Oslo - BioLineRx Ltd. and Hemispherian AS have announced that abstracts focusing on GLIX1 will be presented at the European Association of Neuro-Oncology's 21st Meeting in Rome, Italy. One of the presentations, featuring preclinical efficacy data of GLIX1 in glioblastoma models, will be an oral talk scheduled for Friday, September 25 at 6:00-6:30pm CEST.

Dr. Adam Robertson, Hemispherian's Chief Scientific Officer, will discuss how GLIX1, an oral TET2 activator targeting the DNA damage response, achieved 68-85% of plasma levels in mice and demonstrated dose-dependent tumor growth inhibition and survival benefit in two glioblastoma models. The electronic poster will detail the ongoing Phase 1/2a clinical trial of GLIX1 in recurrent or progressive high-grade glioma, currently enrolling patients at four U.S. academic institutions.
