Best Assurance Donates GH¢100,000 To GETFund

Best Assurance Company Limited has collaborated with the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) as part of the Educational Financial Partnerships Initiative (EFPI) to contribute towards educational development in underprivileged regions throughout Ghana. The insurance firm presented a cheque for GH¢100,000 to GETFund during a brief ceremony at the GETFund headquarters, which was officiated by the Managing Director of Best Assurance, Robert Wugah, and the GETFund Administrator, Paul Adjei.

Mr. Wugah acknowledged GETFund's efforts to tackle infrastructure and resource deficiencies in the education sector, stating that the donation would facilitate the acquisition of textbooks, stationery, and other learning aids to enhance classroom instruction. The contribution is a manifestation of the company's corporate social responsibility efforts and indicates Best Assurance's interest in establishing a long-term partnership with GETFund.

Mr. Wugah further offered to provide GETFund with comprehensive corporate insurance solutions covering various risk categories to aid the Fund's institutional and operational requirements.

Mr. Adjei expressed his gratitude to Best Assurance for the intervention, highlighting that the support would contribute to improving learning outcomes in underprivileged communities. He welcomed the company into the EFPI program and assured them of GETFund's dedication to building a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship.
