BAMX Developments shines at IPS 2026

BAMX Developments made a strong impression at the International Property Show (IPS) 2026, showcasing its vision, international reach, and expanding portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. The 22nd edition of the prestigious real estate event took place from September 7-9 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, attracting industry leaders, investors, and professionals from across the region and beyond.

BAMX occupied Stand E-05, Hall 8, to present its approach to modern real estate development and its growing portfolio in the UAE. With over 30 years of experience, BAMX demonstrated its international portfolio, which spans the UAE, Tajikistan, Austria, Armenia, and beyond, with more than 10 million square meters of projects delivered.

Dr. Mehdi Kavoosi, Founder and Chairman of BAMX, used the opportunity to share the company's international expertise and its development philosophy centered around quality, distinctive design, lifestyle, and transparency. At IPS 2026, BAMX showcased key projects from its Dubai portfolio, particularly in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Dubai South.

Notable developments include 77 Boulevard, a premium residential project in JVC featuring Italian-inspired design and smart-home features; 311 Boulevard, a luxury residential address offering a range of lifestyle amenities in JVC; and X11, a new development in Dubai South set to launch on October 15, 2026. Throughout the exhibition, BAMX emphasized its commitment to raising the bar on lifestyle and quality, connecting with investors and visitors to share how its developments integrate lifestyle, functionality, and attention to detail.
