Avatar: Seven Havens Trailer Reveals the Fantasy Series’ Apocalyptic Future

In the trailer for the upcoming Avatar: Seven Havens series, the world has been drastically altered, as if 225 years have passed since the conclusion of Avatar: The Legend of Korra. A mysterious event has transformed the landscape, blurring the lines between the physical and spirit realms, and humanity has taken refuge in fortified communities known as Havens. The series explores a dystopian version of the Avatar universe, with an atmosphere reminiscent of Mad Max.

The new protagonist, Pavi, voiced by Saheli Khan, faces a world that despises her as she grapples with her role as the Avatar's successor. Pavi, a skilled airbender, must navigate a landscape filled with post-apocalyptic vehicles and unpredictable desert storms. The Havens, previously associated with each of the four bending nations, have become a diverse gathering of people who have managed to retain their bending abilities in the face of adversity.

Pavi's journey is aided by her airbending mentor, Jae, portrayed by Major Curda, and her long-lost twin sister, Nisha, voiced by Aishu Devan. They work together to uncover the secrets of their past and restore balance to the world. Along the way, they are supported by their faithful companion, cat-monkey Geet, voiced by Dee Bradley Baker. As the story unfolds, Pavi hopes to clear Korra's name, as well as her own, in the eyes of the world. Avatar: Seven Havens is set to premiere on Paramount+ on October 9.
