Visitors flock to S’hail 2026 for latest equipment

On the second day of the 10th Katara International Hunting and Falconry Exhibition, S'hail 2026, Qatar witnessed a large influx of locals, residents, and visitors. The exhibition, held at stands showcasing weapons, hunting, falconry, and outdoor gear, highlighted the event's expanding reputation as a premier annual gathering for enthusiasts and a platform for Qatar's traditional heritage.

Dignitaries, including ambassadors and senior officials, toured exhibition booths, examining the innovative products and equipment offered by participating companies and institutions. Mohamed bin Abdul Latif al-Misnad, vice chairman of the Organising Committee, noted that the 10th edition signified a milestone in the exhibition's evolution and a decade of heritage, passion, and achievement.

S'hail has become one of the world's leading specialized exhibitions for hunting, falconry, and outdoor pursuits, blending tradition with cutting-edge technology and innovation.

The exhibition provided ample opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange, and partnerships among businesses and specialists. With each edition, a diverse array of products, equipment, and modern technologies is presented, spanning falconry, hunting, camping, vehicles, and caravans. S'hail has solidified its status over the past decade, with continued growth in participation, international presence, and public turnout.

Qatari caravan manufacturers showcased their products, emphasizing comfort, quality, and modern technology for desert and outdoor enthusiasts. Light Factory, for instance, presented a solar-powered caravan equipped with a bedroom, bathroom, majlis, and kitchen, designed for mobility and ease of use in the desert. Luxury Cruise Factory introduced a new 27m-long caravan featuring a bedroom, majlis, lounges, a massage area, steam room with sauna facilities, and a gym, merging luxury with functionality.

Four-wheel-drive vehicles, many modified with tents, compact kitchens, navigation, and communication systems, were another major attraction, especially the Defender models by Alfardan, including the Trophy, which combines sporty performance with comfort. High-performance vehicles, such as the Defender with an eight-cylinder engine producing 635 horsepower and the 6D Dynamic suspension system, were also on display.

Al Mana Commercial presented models with petrol-electric powertrains, modified vehicles equipped with compact kitchens and integrated tents, and outdoor gear. At Al Tisser GWM, visitors could view a range of modified vehicles, including tanks like the Tank 300, Tank 500, and Tank 700, as well as a 2027-model pickup. These customized vehicles focus on power, reliability, and off-road capability, while pickups attract attention for their spaciousness and carrying capacity for outdoor equipment.

Qatari companies also demonstrated local innovation, presenting technology and services for hunters and falconers. DTS showcased aircraft designed for falcon fitness training, featuring smart controls to set speed, altitude, and distance according to training needs. The Khazzaz, Rabda, and Hafana aircraft have impressive speed and range capabilities, with smart guidance, control, and water-resistant features.

Thabet showcased solutions for equipping desert vehicles, including communications, navigation systems, GPS devices, and other outdoor gear. Collectively, these products illustrate how S'hail 2026 successfully merges traditional hunting and falconry culture with modern manufacturing, technology, and outdoor innovation.
