Preorders for the eagerly awaited remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time are now open in the UK on the Nintendo Switch 2. The game can be preordered from Smyths for £54.99, while Nintendo charges £58.99 for the physical copy, and £49.99 for the digital edition. Additionally, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Spiritual Stones are provided as a complimentary bonus when purchasing the game from Nintendo's UK Store.

Other retailers offering preorders include Game and ShopTo, with Amazon, Argos, and Currys expected to go live soon. All copies of the game in its first print run feature a textured foil cover sleeve, which has sparked excitement among fans. Smyths will also offer the foiled sleeve as part of its preorder campaign. Despite the game's availability on Switch 2, Ocarina of Time for the console and accessories remain scarce, as Nintendo and Smyths are currently sold out worldwide.
