Thai industrial sentiment drops in August
BANGKOK: Thailand’s industrial sentiment index dropped in August, weighed down by high energy prices, weak purchasing power and flooding in some areas, the Federation of Thai Industries said on Wednesday. Thai June factory output falls 3.1% y/y, weaker than forecast The index declined to 89.7 in August from 90.0 in the previous month, the federation said.
