Sindh Announces New College Timings

The Sindh College Education Department has cut college schedules by an hour, effective immediately, as announced in a circular issued on September 9. This revised schedule will apply throughout the five-day college week. The department emphasized that all other terms, conditions, and directions from their previous circular will remain untouched.

Morning-shift colleges will now run from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., from Monday to Thursday. Friday's classes will conclude at 11:30 a.m. For the evening shift, classes will commence at 3 p.m. and end at 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, the evening shift will end at 5 p.m.

The department has instructed college principals and field officers to strictly adhere to these revised timings. They have also directed relevant authorities to disseminate the new schedule to all colleges for implementation.
